"There is something very good about movement and the breath and the gaze" .....MATY EZRATY

NAMASTE FRIENDS, I woke up with a very restless, self doubting, worry filled mind again today...I've been mulling over so many (too many) tangents recently, and been intending to send out some news for a couple of weeks. Sitting quietly this morning, I felt it is most useful to share what truthfully 'settles' me; to just move, breathe and keep my gaze softly in my practise. It's ever so simple, and ever so effective! My husband has been watching Martijn Doolaard's youtube videos on renovating a rural retreat in the Italian alps, and one thing that has stuck with me, is his description of finding great contentment in having time to notice the same setting in 1000 different ways....it's a great reminder! One place I cultivate this is walking the same loop over Pewley Down....noticing the same view changing through the seasons....what a simple and beautiful gift that is! With love, x Emily x
