Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series.  Semi-guided class. Suitable for mixed levels. Practise at your own pace with guidance and support from the teacher, and shared energy of the room!

9th July onwards

Dynamic vinyasa yoga class, suitable for those with 1 year of experience.  Stronger flowing sequences themed around elements of yoga philosophy and seasonal changes.

FRIDAY 

10.45am - 11.45am

9th July onwards

Slower paced vinyasa yoga class, suitable for both experienced practitioners and those newer to yoga.  Flowing sequences themed around  yoga philosophy and seasonal changes.
