This unique, inspiring course, offers meditation, movement and music themed around the chakras - key energetic centres in the body.  As an introduction to the philosophy of the chakra system, the key elements are presented and woven into the soundtrack, asana (yoga postures), guided meditations/reflections.

• Guided groups offer a two zoom calls 14 days apart to provide supportive structure:​​

• The classes offer progressions and modifications for mixed levels of practise - if you are entirely new to yoga, it is advisable to book a 1:1 session with Emily first. This is available at a discounted price of £40 when purchasing the course.
