Hi, I'm Emily Young a 'Yogi', mumma and musician based in Guildford, Surrey. I primarily teach vinyasa yoga, rooted in the ashtanga yoga system. In ashtanga yoga, breath is counted and coordinated with movement, to cultivate a meditative state. My hope is that by sharing the practises of yoga, I can support you in moving well, breathing well, feeling uplifted, challenged, recharged and reconnected with the ongoing, unchanging, perfect core of your being :)

Their work empowers women and children in India to build sustainable livelihoods. I had already decided some time ago to fundraise for this great cause as I turn 40 ... a small way to share the fruits of the practise of yoga and give back to those in need in it's homeland. I hope to share the light of yoga with you to brighten the light I already see within you and myself. NAMASTE X
